An ecommerce love story
How did we become ecommerce experts? Mediaspa was founded in 1996 with the purpose of joining business acumen with technology know-how to grow businesses. We built many ecommerce websites, mobile applications, intranets/extranets, video conversion applications, and even an infrared bird monitoring feed for Phil Donahue!
Creating bespoke applications is interesting work, but perpetually reinventing the wheel was limiting. We wanted to go deeper in one direction and become the best in the world at what we do. After building enterprise ecommerce applications for Nestlé Waters North America and then Nespresso USA, we found our passion.
And so began our love affair with ecommerce.
At mediaspa we provide the access and responsiveness of a boutique agency, along side the enterprise expertise often associated with the largest (and most expensive) of competitors. To maintain this mix of boutique agility and enterprise chops, we work with a selective client base. Our relationships with clients are built on trust, and are built for the long term. Our clients trust that we will treat their business like our own, and that we will commit to aggressively grow their business.
We do not accept the role of order taker. When we’re performing at our best, thought leadership is flowing in both directions, bad ideas are addressed as such, and our teams are acting as one. Our best relationships are not that of “client and vendor” but as “partners.”
